We were delighted to be judged the outright winner at the Metalworking Production Awards Ceremony in the category Best Subcontractor - Supply Chain Partnerships. We continually assess our customers' current needs and are dedicated to providing them with the most cost effective quality products to enable them to successfully compete in their respective markets.

The judges saw Components Worldwide / Mini Gears as 'Transformed from a specialist gear manufacturer only to a company now offering a full range of machining capability and components sourced world-wide - maintaining high quality but at reduced prices.'

Also, as finalists for Best Subcontractor - Machining, the judges described the company as 'very market aware - investments in the latest technology have paid dividends.'

Mini Gears has exhibited at various shows in the UK, Sweden and the USA and is looking forward to future exhibitions in 2008.

New Factory in the Czech Republic

Expanding into Europe we now have our own machining and warehouse facility in the Czech Republic. Geartech is a subcontract company specialising in the machining of metal components.

One-hit machining

Components Worldwide / Mini Gears has always invested heavily in CNC machine tools for its UK factory and the latest additions are 2 Mazak Integrex 300-IV and 1 Mazak Integrex 200-IV - powerful multitasking twin chucked machine tools, taking us into the arena of 'one-hit' machining.
